About Utopia Parkway
Hans-Maarten Post has been a journalist for almost 20 years now.
His articles have been published in the Belgian newspapers Het Nieuwsblad and De Standaard.
His curiosity led him to interviews with artists from a wide variety of backgrounds, such as Jane Birkin, Christian Lacroix, Bono, Hélène Grimaud, Jan Fabre, Sonny Rollins, Anton Corbijn and Prince.
Utopia Parkway is the name of the street in Flushing (Queens, NYC) where the American artist Joseph Cornell (1903-1972) used to live. It happens to be also the title of the second album (released in 1999) of the American rockband Fountains Of Wayne.
The one to trust? Do not take that too seriously. But Utopia Parkway certainly is about art, beauty & culture, seen from a Belgian perspective.
